Mentoring Foundations Events

Equipping Men to Walk Beside Those Struggling with Sexual Addiction

Hope Journey Guide is eager to bring Mentoring Foundations events to areas with a strong concentration of Conservative Anabaptists. These gatherings are designed to equip men with biblical understanding, practical tools, and confidence to support others facing sexual addiction and related struggles.

Each Mentoring Foundations event includes:
Friday Evening — Public Session
An open introduction to the topic, designed for anyone who wishes to better understand the challenge of sexual addiction and the path toward freedom.

Saturday — Registered Men’s Workshop
A full day of teaching, discussion, and practical training for men who desire to help others with grace, truth, and accountability. Participants learn the root causes of addiction, how to create safe environments for openness, and how to guide others through healing and discipleship.

These events are hosted in cooperation with local committees who coordinate with Hope Journey Guide on key decisions such as:

  • Date and Venue

  • Financial Arrangements (paid registration or offering-based)

  • Meal Planning (Saturday noon meal catered, provided by local ladies, or carry-in)

Through these partnerships, Mentoring Foundations brings practical, Christ-centered training directly to local communities—empowering men to become mentors who walk beside others toward lasting freedom.
